Vendor Sponsorship Pricing

Economy 1-Meeting Sponsorship
(Only $25 for the night of the meeting you sponsor)

1. Allows admission for up to one (1) person including the main sponsor (i.e. if the main sponsor has helpers, they will have to pay the “guest/at the door” admission price unless they are CPIA members).
2. Dedicated Vendor Table on the night of the meeting you sponsor.
3. Ability to place flyers on all seats and/or pass out flyers when you are up in front of the group.
4. Ability to do a 1-2-minute announcement introducing your product/services to the group during the meeting you sponsor.
5. Name, company name, and phone number listed in meeting announcement emailed to entire email list

Presentation 1-Meeting Sponsorship
(Only $100 for the night of the meeting you sponsor)

1. Allows admission for up to three (3) people including the main sponsor (i.e. main sponsor plus 2 helpers).
2. Dedicated Vendor Table on the night of the meeting you sponsor.
3. Ability to place flyers on all seats and/or pass out flyers when you are up in front of the group.
4. Name, company name, and phone number listed in meeting announcement emailed to entire email list
5. Ability to do a full 15-30 Minute Presentation to address the entire group.

Annual 12-Meeting Sponsorship
(Only $300 for the Year)

1. Allows admission for up to one (1) person including the main sponsor every month for 1 year (i.e. if the main sponsor has helpers, they will have to pay the “guest/at the door” admission price unless they are CPIA members).
2. Dedicated Vendor Table every month for 1 year.
3. Ability to place flyers on all seats and/or pass out flyers when you are up in front of the group, every month for one year.
4. Ability to do a 1-2-minute announcement introducing your product/services to the group every month for one year.
5. Name, company name, and phone number listed in meeting announcement emailed to entire email list
6. PLUS... Ability to do a full 15-30 Minute Presentation to address the entire group (One Month Only).
